The Day After

Well, it is the day after Thanksgiving. How was your thanksgiving? I hope that it was very nice and that you enjoyed it with your family. Our thanksgiving was good. We went to Peoria to have dinner with the family. We had it at a park so that the little kids could play. It was nice, but it did get a little too chilly for my comfort. The food was great (I had three helpings of pumpkin bread and mashed potatoes--yum,yum!). I had to work, so I took cat naps on the way home. It was wonderful to spend the day with the family. When we blessed the food, my uncle mentioned Jeremy and it was kind of sad that he wasn't with us. He is spending his first thanksgiving away from home in Brazil. I am just hoping that he and his companion got to have a nice meal. Today I will sleep and relax and try to recuperate from the annual pig-out. I am not going to even think about trying to go and be apart of BLACK FRIDAY!!
