Super Sunday

I love Sundays. I love going to church. I love my nap time. I love family time. Yesterday was no exception--except I slept the day away from having to work the night before--but it was the SUPER BOWL, so I made sure that I was up by 4:00 pm so that I wouldn't miss anything, especially since the Cardinals were playing. I really enjoyed Faith Hill at the beginning of the program not to mention her singing "God Bless America". Tears came to my eyes when the crew from the plane that crashed into the Hudson River were honored. Next, Jennifer Hudson singing the national anthem was beautiful!!! I thought that the half time entertainment with Bruce Springsteen and the E St. Band did was wonderful!! They were so good!!! Their introduction by members of the Cards and Steelers was so cool. The game itself was a good one. The cardinals came so close to winning it. I was never really a fan up until a month ago. It was fun to root to them. Now, their season it over. There is always next year.
